Who We Are
Community Rise Uthando is a registered South African non-profit and public benefit organisation based at 1607 Kanya Road, Senaoane. The centre delivers six core programmes — a disability help desk, skills development, food resilience, after-school care, senior citizen support, and a substance abuse programme — serving individuals of all ages across employment, skills, health, education and awareness.
The organisation is led by Founder and Director Thandiwe Maseko, and works in partnership with the City of Johannesburg, the National Youth Service, local clinics and community co-operatives to deliver its programmes.
